Private thinking, verified
How Ponder turns goals into finished work, keeps that work private by design, proves where it ran, and shares its growth with $PONDER holders.
Abstract
Ponder is a private, verifiable AI agent. It turns a goal into a plan, carries the plan out across the best models available, and proves where every step ran. Tasks are sealed on the user's device and opened only inside hardware enclaves that the user's own browser verifies. $PONDER, on Robinhood Chain, powers the platform: holders earn daily credit, payments in $PONDER stretch further, and revenue buys $PONDER back and burns it.
Vision
AI is becoming the place where people think: plans, research, decisions and drafts. That thinking deserves the same protection as a private notebook, and the same power as the best models in the world.
Ponder brings the two together. It gives everyone an agent that does real, multi-step work, keeps that work private by design, and lets anyone verify the result.
Architecture
- 1Client
The browser holds the user's runs, verifies enclaves and seals every task with HPKE (RFC 9180).
- 2Enclave runtime
AMD SEV-SNP and NVIDIA confidential-compute machines run Ponder's open-source build, measured and attested.
- 3Orchestrator
Inside the enclave, the orchestrator turns a goal into a plan, runs each step and keeps the state of the task.
- 4Model router
Each step goes to the model best suited to it, from every major lab.
- 5Receipt signer
When a run ends, the enclave signs a receipt that binds the build, the models and a hash of every step.
The agent runtime
The runtime is built for work that spans many steps and much time. Plans are explicit and editable, checkpoints keep users in control, schedules let tasks run on their own, and watchers react to events on-chain.
- Autonomous research with cross-checked citations
- Editable plans with checkpoints
- Scheduled agents
- On-chain watchers for Robinhood Chain
- Per-step model routing
- Signed run receipts
Privacy model
Privacy in Ponder is a property of the system, not a promise. The client verifies before it sends, the key lives only in the enclave, and the user's history lives on the user's device.
Payments follow the same principle. Credit is issued as RSA blind-signed notes (RFC 9474), so Ponder signs a note without seeing it, and a spent note never links back to the wallet that paid for it.
Proof of run
Every run produces a receipt signed inside the enclave. The receipt carries the attested measurement of the build, the list of models used, and a hash chain over each step's input and output. Anyone holding the receipt can check it against the public build.
Receipts make agent work shareable and trustworthy: a research brief, a launch plan or an on-chain analysis can travel with proof of how it was made.
$PONDER economy
$PONDER is the utility token of Ponder on Robinhood Chain. It ties the platform's growth to the people who use and hold it.
| Mechanism | How it works |
|---|---|
| Daily holder credit | 1 voucher a day per 1M $PONDER, from 100K, starting at $0.40 each |
| Holder pool | All vouchers of a day share one pool, funded by 15% of the previous day's creator fees |
| Payment bonus | 20–25% more credit when paying in $PONDER |
| Holder discount | 10% / 20% / 30% off top-ups from 100K / 1M / 10M |
| Payment burn | $PONDER paid for credit feeds the burn |
| Revenue buyback | A share of revenue buys $PONDER back and burns it |
The flywheel
- 1Better agent
More capable runs bring more people and more tasks.
- 2More usage
More tasks mean more revenue and more top-ups.
- 3More burn
Top-ups in $PONDER and revenue buybacks take $PONDER out of supply.
- 4Stronger holders
Holders earn daily credit and use Ponder more, which starts the loop again.
Roadmap
- 1Phase 1 · Launch
Agent and Chat modes, the top models, $PONDER on Robinhood Chain, and the holder dashboard.
- 2Phase 2 · Sealed runs
Enclave verification in the browser, sealed tasks and signed run receipts.
- 3Phase 3 · Always on
Scheduled agents, on-chain watchers and daily holder claims.
- 4Phase 4 · Platform
The Ponder API and SDK, so every app can run private, verifiable agents.
Conclusion
Ponder gives everyone an agent that thinks things through, keeps that thinking private, and proves its work. $PONDER makes the people who use it the people who benefit from it.
Private thinking. Verified.
